Yes you can just make sure you clean it good and like your supossed to so it doesnt get infected or anything!

I did find this article online. They dont recommend getting a peircing because it can be a concern if you pregnant but if you are going to take good care of your piercing I think you should be fine.

I'm pregnant and want a tattoo/piercing
It is not advisable to have any body decoration procedure that would involve breaking the skin while you are pregnant. This includes procedures like piercing, tattooing or scarification. Most studios have made it a policy not to perform tattoos or piercings on anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. When you get a tattoo or piercing, you face a small chance of an allergic reaction or an infection. It just isn't worth the risk when you can just wait a few extra months and then get the tattoo or piercing you desire.

Any invasive procedure normally involves a small risk of infection. If you are pregnant, this might adversely affect your baby. You also risk contracting a blood borne disease if the needles used are not properly sterilized or are contaminated in some way. Your body is changing and you have enough to worry about without the added worry of caring for a new piercing. It is better to have a piercing completely healed before becoming pregnant; otherwise it might not heal properly until after your baby is born.

should be fine but if u have never had any type of peircing at all it would be best leave it cause u dont know how ur body would react 2 the peircing but otherwise yea get it done if u want.
i warn u tho it can be annoying u have 2 watch u do not scratch ur nose and catch ur jumper on the stud or it can pull it out which can be sore and cause it 2 bleed.

Yes. But make sure it's from a reliable place as to prevent infection.

I wouldn't recommend it though because pregnancy causes your mucus membranes to go all out of wack and your nose is always runny, sometimes it bleeds...and having a new pericing in there would be really annoying.

Yes you can, but you shouldn't even if you're not pregnant. Just looks like a shiny bugger attached to your nose all the time. Icky.

Yes, as long as it is at a reputable licenced piercing salon. Last thing you need is blood poisoning or tetanus...or HIV. I assume you've had a tetanus shot lately?

you CAN get your nose pierced, but i dont think you should, with a baby on the way i think you should be more worried about spending money on baby supplies instead

I'm sure it's ok, I don't see it could cause anything, but make sure to consult with your doctor before making a decision.
