This is for my AP European History class. People who've taken AP European History and/or read After the Black Death by George Huppert, please help! I need five examples, but any help will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Around 1350, the Black Death wiped out anywhere from ten percent to fifty percent of the population. The feudal system began to collapse as the lack of skilled craftsmen caused the surviving artisans to hire themselves out for wages.

There were rebellions by the lower classes in many countries which even if not entirely successful caused changes in the laws of those countries that gave some recognition to the rights of the lower classes.

The advent of the printing press enable literacy to flourish and at about the same time the religious reformation began.
Once people began to question the basics of religion, they then began to debate other facets of life, and this led to what we call the Enlightenment.

Once people were free to question, study and research, science began to advance, leading to engineering marvels such as the steam engine and the power loom. Improvements in transportation led to worldwide exploration which, along with the industrialization that came from the engineering advances allowed international trade to expand on a scale that had never been imagined.

Black death hampers lot of wars, the disease killed a lot of soldiers. But Europeans still moved with their plans of conquering more lands and people. The inquisition was prevalent at that times.

Today wars were sophisticated, diseases were prevented. The countries from former Yugoslavia are still recovering from devastation of war. And religion is tolerated by majority of European countries.

The one major difference was in military technology. Pretty well all else springs from that overriding difference.
