I have felt bloated and heavy down there and I feel pressure down there today.
Does this mean I will get my period in the next couple of days?

Girl some times it will be that night. if you start feeling cramps today get ready for pms in the morning or late at night. Make sure while you have the time to get tamponds or pads.

Probably. I remember my first time i started the night before I felt like that. Also my legs were hurting really bad. You need to talk with your mom about when she started and stuff like that!

eat a couple of bananas and drink hot tea. or take a bath it will help.
