Define your terms.
Most toxic venom?- Inland Taipan/Fierce Snake
Kills most people?- Forest cobra (smallish cobra that lives near villagers who tend to go around in sandals or shoeless.)
Most aggressive? No good data. Several snakes are known for being aggressive, but how do you measure this?
Combination of toxic venom and large yield? Some of the big guys like King Cobra or Gaboon Viper- but this is too wishy-washy to mean anything- potential dose is not the same as average injected dose.
Interestingly, the Black Mamba does not really rate on any scale of deadliness. While certainly very toxic and aggressive, it is also not fond of people and is rarely found near humans. Similarly, the King Cobra rarely bites either.

Actually the deadliest snake in the world is the forest cobra. Its definitly not the most venomous, but soo many people come across this snake and are bitten as a result in poor regions of india and asia where anti-venom is not readily available, so it causes the most fatalities of any snake in the world. The common brown snake and the inland taipan do bite a lot of people as well and are venomous, but these people are usually bit in their gardens with hospitals nearby so they can get quick anti-venom. By far the forest cobra and other cobra species are the most deadly in the world.

It's NOT the black mamba. Do some damn research people... that snake is more dangerous that deadly. The deadliest snake is the Inland Taipan in Australia. The black mamba would kill you and it is deadly... not the deadliest though. It's rare to be bitten by a taipan but it'd always be deadly.

There is no true final answer, as many people rank based on # of people attacked, # of people killed, type of venom, or toxicity of venom. I found and interesting article that puts it all into perspective, not to mention explains how they test for most lethal toxicity, which according to that article is the Australian inland taipan or fierce snake.

there's no true answer.
there are different types of venoms that produce different effects on cifferent people. Also, venoms can be classified as neurotoxic ect. But the last one you would want to meet up with would be the balck mamba, and he seems to be a popular answer.
