Start by being honest with yourself & others about how you got in over your head. Then ask for help if & when needed.

I just tell all involved how I'm feeling and what I can and can not handle. Just be honest and tell how you feel. It's the only way to wade back up to the top to catch your breath. In liklihood, there will be many friends of yours up there bending down to give you hand up.

close your eyes and count backwards from one hundred. hold your breath. make a wish and feel your head spinning. your heart beat is getting faster and faster. take a deep breath.
