Dick Cheney's medical bills are most likely astronomical. I don't begrudge him his medical care. I don't know that he hates everyone, he just doesn't express his love very well. Maybe that's because he has been sick for so long. He's a difficult man to understand. He has said that he does not have medicare. Only the people in medical billing know for sure. He probable doesn't need insurance and could pay in cash with all of his Halliburton money.
