It could be true but it won't happen. You'll need to amend the constitution for that and the way people feel about immigrants right now, good luck.

He is prevented by the US Constitution from running for Prez. Only people born in the US or born to US citizens are eligible to serve as Prez

yes but not these year 2008 maybe on the next 2012 maybe he has to get out of the state of CA.after that he can go to be a candidate.

You have to be born in the United States to be the President. He is not a natural citizen. He could never be president. He was born in Austria and his father was a nazi, not that that has anything to do with it.....

He can never be president. It is against the constitution for a foreign born person to be president

He would have a hard time for they would have to change the Constitution of the United States for him to run!

Additionally, whom would want to vote for a man who deserted the Austrian Army??? Bush supporters probably!
