your problem is one of these horn pad,wireing ,relayor hon it self i would press horn pad you should here click if no click its relay,if you hear click then i would unplug horn in front of truckget test light have someone press horn pad and see if testlight will light up

Depends on what's wrong with it. Try disconnecting the wire from the horn and running a wire directly from the horn to the positive terminal on the battery. If the horn doesn't blow replace the horn. If it does blow replace the origional wire and check the fuse. If the fuse is good you've got a broken wire somewhere or a problem in the switch in the steering wheel. Either way you need someone experienced to help you. That steering wheel has an air bag in it and is dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. Wiring harnesses are hard to troubleshoot without knowledge (wiring diagrams) and equipment.

u cant repair a horn u have to go buy a new or used horn
