Completely. periods are weird in the beginning. Eventually they will last between 3-7 days.

Yes, since your period is irregular and your body is still getting used to the new change.
If it lasts longer than 10 days, consult your doctor, it should last up to 8 days, maybe 9 and 10 is pushing it.
But don't worry too much about it.
You may not have it again for a few months until it regulates.

When I first began menstruating, mine sometimes lasted for almost 10 days, that lasted a year or so, then after a while they started to regulate. After four years, on average, your cycles should start to regulate so you should know what to expect. I woulldn't be too concerned about it. If you're worried though, you should definitely go to your doctor, since I am most definitely NOT one.

It takes a couple of years for your body to adjust, so it is normal for irregular periods, or long/short ones. Don't worry.
