towards the area of my eye brows closest to the nose the hairs stick up... and they are pretty long. How can i make them go flat and mesh with the other eyebrow hairs. If i pluck them i will look retarted... trust me ive tried

Either use clear mascara on them or spray hairspray on an eye brow brush and use it on your eyebrows. I wouldn't suggest trimming them because that is something you will have to do periodically if you start doing that.

Use an eyebrow brush, a spoolie or an old, clean mascara wand to brush your brow hairs upward. Trim them just a bit w/ a small pair of scissors. (e.g. cuticle scissors, tiny brow scissors or baby scissors)

I would definitely first try clear mascara or hairspray before trying something drastic like trimming them, save that for last, because once you cut the hair it's gone....and if you look retarded...well...^.^

you could trim them, with like really small scissors made for that, and eyebrow brushes
