I can be very sensitive about criticism - but usually the more constructive it is, the easier it is to accept.

Sometimes- depends on who it's coming from, and if there is actually something that can be done to "fix" the issue in question. And however well intentioned, NOTHING coming from my mother is well received, constructive or not, lol.

I live on it, I love when people let me know what I can do to better whatever needs it. But the only thing you have to look out for is that every person thinks differently so it may not be the same answer from everyone.

It all depends on who is giving it and where it is coming from. I can take it from someone who has the best insight into what's really going on.

its good to know if your doing something wrong, hurts at first but its for a reason, time to change and use experiences to effect others as you travel through life x x x
