This president took us to war not based on the best information our government could give us.
There's something called the Presidential Daily Brief, that members of Congress do not get to see...these brief's questioned the need for war with iraq and Saddams wmd capability.
If you're president, you DO NOT take our nation to war unless you are certain of the need.
Anyone, except the neo-cons, knows that Bush had tons of conflicting evidence about the imminent threat from Iraq.
The inspectors were on the ground in Iraq on March 18th, 2003, the day before Bush began bombing and reported nothing to be found.
What sane man would take our nation to war with this info?
Just today, it's been revealed by the AP, through the Freedom of Information Act, that Pat Tillman was murdered in Afghanistan, at a range of 10 yards, by an M-16. Bush has fought to keep this information secret.
What kind of man is this? I'll take Clinton getting a hummer, which never should've been investigated anyway, over the lies and secrecy and raping of our constitution by this arrogant snot nosed kid we have in the White House.
And yes, I am a veteran against the war in Iraq.

on that Anti-American kick, Name one law BUSH has violated name one, you can't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but I DO KNOW WHAT WENT ON DURING THE CLINTON YEARS, I do remember Clinton getting his law licensed ripped away by the courts!!!!! AND ALL YOUR LEFT WING NUT DEMS SENTORS ALL VOTED FOR THE WAR WITH THE SAME INTELL BUSH HAD AND USED THAT INFO TO GET RE-ELECTED!!!!! SO stop with the LEFT WING HATE,
I am former Military, who has fought in Afgan and Iraq, and telling the enemy when your leaving is like a Quaterback under center telling the defense what play the offense is running. I know you left wing nut cowards want a surrender, but just ponder on these thoughts. I have servered and have friends in Iraq right now, fighting hard and believe what they are doing is the right thing. Believe I want my friends home but just ponder the thoughts below.
. Does Osama and the Boys want us out of Iraq so they can have a safe Haven for operations? Yes, If we are defeated does that impower Osama and there Radical cause? Yes. If we are defeated will they continue to attack U.S. Interest's worldwide probably more so. How can I say that, Heck, I am former Military what do I know right? but I am sure that Osama and the boys Attepted to blow up the world Center in 93, I do know They Killed 19 Airman and wounded 300 Airman in 96 at Khobar Towers, I do know, That Osama and the Boys Blew up 2 U.S. Embassy's in Africa in 98, I do know that Osama and the boys Blow a Hole in the U.S..S Cole in 2000. I do know that 3,000 Americans were killed by Osama and the Boys on 9-11, and stop your stupid Left wing nut 9-11 conspricy Theories to, respect our Country and lives lost that day . So If we leave and they win, and they gain strengh and more followers, there gonna come fast and hard against us, so live in your left wing nut world where everything is America's Fault, someday you may realize one morning were fighting these Terrorists for our WAY OF LIFE at least Bush is doing something about it!!!!!!! Heck CLINTON did nothing about it, expect LIE ABOUT HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH A GIRL IN WOULDN'T HAVE TOUCHED IN HIGH SCHOOL, and spent more time worrying about LYING ABOUT scandals like Whitewater THAN MAYBE he would have taken Bin Laden into custody in 98 when the Sudan was willing to hand him over. Also Iran, Iraq, Syria, the Fillipinnes to name a few have been state Sponsers of terrorism for decades, to include training Facilities, so we didn't bring Osama and the boys to the IRaq, they were already there waiting

While I think that you can bring charges against him, I don't think he would ever be convicted of war crimes.... I disagree with the way he led us into war but I don't know if war crimes are warranted... but like I said, you could make an argument. But why bother? A international court will never try a American policy maker and I don't think it would be good for the nation anyway.

If you are going to do that, you need to add the following to the list of people to be tried:
Woodward Wilson for our involvement in WWI
Franklin D. Roosevelt for our involvement in WWII
Harry S. Truman for our involvement in Korea
Dwight D. Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson & Richard Nixon for our involvment in Vietnam.

Just think a few years ago republicans in the house and senate wanted to impeach Clinton for haviing sex with someone other than Hillary.
But they want to do nothing to Bush for lying us into a needless war. And keeping people quiet through fear.
Go figure!

Well, considering nearly the entire House and Senate approved the war, that would be a VERY full courtroom.
