i deleted my rundll.exe?

how can i get it back because the sytem don't let me change the background because said "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe" no fund

Ok, you'll probably need to reinstall your OS. A good tip would be to NEVER mess around with system files UNLESS YOU'VE BEEN TRAINED AND KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Back up your data if you can, use a startup disc (if you took the time to create one) and reinstall your OS.
