DEPENDS ON WHAT CAUSED THE GASKET TO GO IN THE FIRST PLACE
IF YOU HAVE HAD THE CAR FROM NEW AND MANAGED 71K,
THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH ITS CONTINUED GOOD HEALTH FROM HERE ON IN - UNLESS IT OVERHEATED AND WARPED THE HEAD WHEREBY IT WILL HAVE BEEN SKIMMED AND A THICKER GASKET FITTED TO COMPENSATE FOR THE LOST MATERIAL
THIS WILL BE MORE VULNERABLE TO FAILURE THAN THE ORIGINAL HEAD/GASKET COMBINATION

Why was the head gasket repaired first of all? The answer is maintanace. antifreeze insatead of water, oil change every 3,000 instead of 5,000 plus, Easy on the RPM do not exceed the red mark. It can last you 5 minutes or it can last you 5 years.

If done correctly, with high quality head gaskets and had the head machined if needed, the gasket will usually last much longer than the stock gasket the first time.

I suppose the answer depends on how you drive it. assuming the job was done properly. So in your case I'd say another 71000 miles. (If I was driving, it would be more like 200,000)
