I was reading this article in a rock magazine and the writer said that "You should only date boys in bands if you consider yourself a masocist." Do you agree?

yes,
i am dating someone in a band. the only way to actually make it work is that you have to accept the fact that they are in a band and they have practice almost every other day. and that their band is practically family to them. and that it might not be a good idea for you to be at EVERY practice although going to some practices is a good thing. if you cant do that. then i wouldnt advice dating someone in a band.

I've dated a musician before and it was the worst year of my life. I wouldn't ever date another musician. But if you are a musician yourself there is more hope. I hear those couples work out better than mine did. The practicing and whatever is too much for the rest of us.

i think the reason why the writer wrote that because guys in bands devote themselves to the music. they might not have enough time for you. also, if they are touring, vices are everywhere. if are you dating a person in a band, you are setting yourself up for this.

Sure, as long as they are good guys that aren't womanizing alcoholics that do drugs. I don't agree with that statement. I know plenty of guys in rock bands, my brother one of them.

Sure, if I trusted them to be faithful. I'm not the jealous type, so I doubt I'd be intimidated by girls jumping all over them unless I didn't trust the guy, in which case I wouldn't be dating them in the first type. Contrary to popular belief, not all guys are slaves to temptaion. :)

nope...I hate dated a couple in guys in local bands before.but I think u spelled the word wrong/Also it depends on what kind he is.
