Push ups. You can also take a tennis ball and put it between your palms and squeeze. This will work on building up your pec muscles. Then your boobs will look bigger.

You can't. Weight gain (and it won't just be your chest), pregnancy, and surgery are the only things that will make them bigger. try wearing a push-up or padded bra. You don't say how old you are, but breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s.
