Luckily I don't have a business of my own & actually, I am gainfully employed.
The shop I referred to is this Entertaining Pastime here.

I say its about time. Do something you want to do get out and enjoy doing nothing. Get some sanity back in your life and do what you want to do. Like most of us we get in a boring rut and it is dull. Do something you have always wanted to do. Just kick back and relax. Nothing wrong with that, and you will come back refreshed and ready to go. Go for it DT.

Since you own your own business, people think you can do what ever you want....but you know better. You have to think of your customers......how will they react if you just close for a week with no warning....what about any employees.....sorry...maybe you should post a notice and do it in a week or so.......i feel bad for you, but have a great weekend and try to relax.......have a few beers and unwind.......

I say lets go fishing Tom. Got a beautiful lake near here with lots of fish. Privately owned and almost virgin territory

well if you can financially swing I say yes go relax for a week and get refreshed and then jump back into the working world.
