The easiest way for a novice, assuming that you don't have a labni bag.

buy yourself some plain unsweetened (greek style) yoghurt.

wash a new chux wipe (or a piece of white cotton) and line a sieve with it. pour the yoghurt in, place a container under the sieve and put the lot in the fridge.

The youghurt will start loosing its water through the cloth and what you are left with is the labni. The longer you leave it there the thicker it gets.

you get some yoghurt and you put it in a bag made of a special cloth and you hang it overnight and the next morning you will have Labneh

Webby is right, so do what she says, and eat your lebanee sandwich and like it.
