No Bill Richardson will, and you can only be Vice President, if you can also serve as a President, Bill Clinton can never serve as a president again, so he is disqualified. You know its easier to search for a question, than ask it, this question was asked like 423 times.......

Yes, he can run on the ticket w/Hillary for vice. He can run for VP as many terms as he damn well pleases for VP, however, if something happens to the president, he would remain a VP and the speaker of the house would be moved up. To say that the VP is required to take the presidential office if something happens to the president, is false, otherwise the same rules would apply to the speaker of the house.

I think there was a vice president who filled out a presidential term after the president died then was elected to two terms, SO I THINK and I could be wrong that even though bill has already screwed interns for two terms he could do it again if hillary makes him vice pres to gain the stupid vote if anything happened to her he could still be pres again.

You can only be elected Vice President if you are eligible to hold the office of President. Clinton has been elected twice, and cannot be elected a third time as president, which means that he also cannot be elected Vice President.

I don't think it's allowed by the Constitution and I don't think he'd want to be a vice pres anyway, seeing as how he's already had a higher office.

Why would you want to be a secretary when you've already been the boss?
