No more damage is being caused since the bearing is already knackered. But it will make more and more noise until it becomes like a jet plane taking of. I had both front bearings go at the same time, the noise as I drove along was unbelievable.

Im not sure exactly how long you can drive on it, but once they starting going it goes pretty fast. The worst thing that can happen?... your wheel will seize, and if you are driving it will either bring you to a stop or you will "drag the wheel" causing more damage. And yes, the longer you take to replace it the more parts you could be damaging.

Heat can cause the bearing to seize up, and you can end up locking the wheel up, breaking studs and a whole lot of noise. Plus you can cause damage to your spindle and rotors, tie rods etc. causing them to fuse themselves together from the extreme heat. Better get that replaced or your looking at some serious money, and a possible accident.

The bearing could eventually fail. The hub may be damaged and the hub and wheel assembly could come off if the hub gets wobbly or grinds up the spindle enough. I 've seen that happen a couple of times, as I'm a mechanic.

The friction can cause the wheel to lock up. There is no way of saying how long you can drive before it goes out all the way. Replace that thing A.S.A.P. Better safe than sorry.

You could be. If nothing else you may have the wheel either fall off or lock up and get you in an accident. Do have the noise checked out and find out what it is.

As for the ABS light, need to have someone check for codes & see what the DTC's are for. As for the hole in the line, hoefully you bled the brakes. As for the vibration, my question is----Are you using crap cheap aftermarket rotors??? I would most likely say yes you are. I have seen first hand what aftermarket rotors look like. I have had to resurface them quite a bit. Instead of taking them off & replacing them, how about take both the front & have them both re-surfaced(TURNED) Is the caliper releasing after you hit the brakes??? The rubber part of the brake hose that goes to the caliper has a tendecy to collapse & not allow the caliper to release. Go drive it, apply the brakes hard. Raise up the front end & spin the tires. See if any of the front are dragging or hard to turn. But as for the rotors warped, I suggest you take them to any shop that turns rotors & let them resurface them. Will be cheap if you just bring the rotors to them

Yes you can cause more damage, maybe to the spindle. It could also catch fire. You need to get it fixed.
