Yes! There was this one restaurant we went to for a friend b-day....she loves hot sauce so we all decided to try out chicken wings in the hottest sauce they had. I took one nibble and my eyes started watering and my nose was running and I couldn't drink my water becuz my friend through a hand towelette in it!
They have like 15 different sauces...and if you eat like so many in the hottest sauce in a certain amount of time, you get your name on the wall..

Yeah, it can. I tried some I had to sign a waiver before they let me have it. It was like a million scoville units...called mad dog's revenge. I was told it's the same stuff they make police pepper spray out of. I put a little on a toothpick and my mouth burned for an hour.

yes... there is this sauce called dave's insanity sauce...it is so hot it has to be put behind the bar...i have tried it and it is the hottest hot sauce i have ever had in my life

Yeah, it's too hot, if it's on a toothpick and your mouth is on fire, you start to sweat and all of your sinus cavities dry up. I like hot, but damn, it can be too hot!
