Yes. That is what real love is about. To give your life, or in this case to risk your life to save your loved one (not just wife/husband, but kids too).
Whoever says no, is a person that is on a relation for something else instead of love.
We humans really have a lot to learn still…

IHe was not my husband,but i donated to my brother and when I had ESRD my husband tried to donate, one of his kidneys to me, but was not a match.I loved him even more after that. He is now deceased.
