but I wanted to know how many of you have more than one period in history you like? I know people have asked if you have just one you like, but do you have more than one. I have read mostly about WW II, but I also have read a lot about the American Revoution, the Andean cultures before the Spaniards, the early Cold War from 1945 to the early 60's and the Civil Rights movement up to the assassination of Dr. King. Do actually have more than one time period or area of interests you like?

My personal favorite is Tudor and Stuart England but I read other periods of history as well. The Cold War was a fascinating time period.

Personally, it is not so much a time period from me as a topic. I am a military historian, and I enjoy learning about all wars. I readily admit, however, my research tends to have a western focus, I don't know all that much about sub-Saharan Africa outside of Shaka, and my knowledge of Asia is limited as well. My favorite time is probably Ancient Rome, Civil War, or WWII
