Anyone who says it will decrease is just suffering from wishful thinking. It is already cheaper than its competition, and it is selling well. They can barely keep it on the shelves. The price isn't going anywhere. Sorry.

There will be no discount on the wii anytime this year as it is a hot and hard to find item and from company sources at Nintendo who state if you see one then you should be buy it right then and it will be a hard to find item again this Christmas season. The system will probably hard to find until about this time next year and if sales keep up then there will not probably be a discount until after 2008.

They probably will have Christmas sales at many stores that sell the Wii but the sale might only be around 10-30 dollars less then the actual price. My advice would be to look around the Internet for websites that would be selling it for less money.(Don't forget about EBay.com)

No. It won't. It is already super cheap, and at the rate these things are selling (shipments sell out in 5 minutes around here) the price won't come down for at least another year. They have already sold 10 million+ consoles, and they keep selling real fast, so the price isn't going to come down for a long time.

It is already the cheapest(and best) system out there, beating the ps3 by about 300 dollars, and beating the xbox360 by about 50 dollars, so why would they lower it? I think your best bet is finding a sale at wal-mart, gamestop, eb games, circuit city, or best buy. good luck.
