That is the game! They try and label you as a nut job, and primarily because they do not have the capacity to think in any detail. Much like their idiot leader! I am talking about neocons in particular!
I am still trying to get one to explain to me why the FBI, who confiscated all the film of the Pentagon, are unable to produce one picture of a Boeing 757-200 which is 1/2 football field long! Do they expect me to believe that one does not exist?
No 757 hit the Pentagon. More and likely a cruise missile!
Ironic they can find all the remains, but can't find the aircraft which weighs 100 tons, not 175 lbs!
I want to know the truth as well! But it is all been classified as top secret! It sure isn't a national security issue!!
Zeroang. I thought you were talking about business who took Walter Reed as being the best hospitals in the world, to one of the worse!
Or sell tap-water as bottled water at an obscene price, and are the largest group of welfare recipients in the US!

It is your obligation to raise pertinent issues; however, I would highly recommend that you seek objective information, educate yourself, and form an opinion free of bias.
There are people who still believe FDR permitted the American fleet to be attacked at Pearl Harbor. Is there information to support such claims? Yes, but it is easily discounted.
Likewise, there are people (some very educated) that can make a case that the Holocaust never happened. As someone who has seen the ovens, and walked through the concentration camps, I can assure you it happened. I have spoken with far too many of my relatives who experienced the Nazi reign--it happened. Also, just to get this on the record, I am not Jewish. I am a full-blooded German who does believe that the German people have to start being proud to be German again. Nevertheless, the Holocaust happened. No amount of denial will deny it away.
On the current 9/11 debate, strange circumstances may exist, but I think when you examine the facts, it will disuade you from believing anyone beside bin Laden, other AQ operatives, and the hijackers planned the events.
They happened.

Probably because you even entertain conspiracy theories as anything other than total nonsense betrays the fact that you aren't too bright.
Think about it, the government is made up of people. Do you seriously think they could even attempt something like 9-11 without whistles blowing all over the place?
Furthermore, the government is BARELY effective as an organization as a whole. There are a lot of reasons, but those aside, do you honestly think the government could actually pull a 9-11 conspiracy off? Jesus, the government can barely work out a fair and rational tax code and you have them pulling off truly mythical acts of cloak and dagger conspiracy?!

Unfortunately, few people on either side of an argument, read the whole question, or try to debate.
Though I do not agree with any of the 9/11 conspiracy stuff, and think it's unfounded, no one should be attacked for voicing a thought.
Remember, this is Politics here, so there is a lot more emotion than facts.....

They probably got irritated because you are so gullible.
The 9/11 Conspiracy Nuts are starting to irritate everyone.
The only Factual Conspiracy connected to 9/11 is the Fact that Sandy Berger stole & destroyed classified documents to protect Bill Clinton from the 9/11 Commission Investigation.

i make a public apology to you. in my defense, i check the profile and the previous posts to see if the person has numerous posts basically asking the same 'question', which is usually a statement of their view rather than a valid question. also your settings where no one has the option to email you was to me another indicator. your profile seemed indicate 'troll' but i do apologise to you for my error.
perhaps if you pose your question so other can tell you have valid questions rather than expressing your opinion on a subject , you will get more positive reactions.
i research every question that i try to answer, the pros and the cons and try to see which best fits my ethics and morals before i make a decision on what i feel the truth to be..truth like beauty is in the eye of the beholder for the most part.
mostly you have to learn that anyone's answer does not define who you are and it is helpful to post your source, with the knowledge that these are meant mostly to support your view.
whatever you read or see on tv or the post here are just one person's view and they will try to support that view. I thank God that we have our freedom of speech. many do not.
again, plz accept my apology.

It's a public forum. No matter what you say, some people are likely to disagree with you, and some of them are likely to disagree strongly enough to be less than politie about it.
If you are interested in finding out about Loose Change and related Conspiracy Theories, there are many, many sites out there that repeat the claims or make similar ones, but there are also a few that go to the trouble of debunking them:

The problem with 11 September conspiracy theorists is this: they are already presupposed to *believe* that the government is out to "get" us, which colors their perceptions of the scientific data available.
"The big, evil government is out to get us" makes for a great novel or movie, but is rarely true in real life.
The best way to get to the core of a conspiracy theorist's true motives is to ask "why".
Why would the government purposefully collapse the World Trade Center towers?
To get us into a war.
Why would they want to get us into a war?
To take away our liberties and give corporations a new way to make money.
Why do corporations need a new way to make money, when the big ones were already making $1 billion each month?
--at this point, they start running out of answers, in my experience.
To make *more* money.
Why would they need to make more money?
--again, the answers fail to materialize
Why take away our liberties?
To control us and keep us in line.
Most of us are pretty tame and "in line" anyway. Why take away liberties to make us stay in line?
And so on and so forth....

People feel frightened when they must think for themselves and not allow the media or the Bush administration to do it for them.
It's hard talking to people brainwashed about the government. They will attack you and call you anti-American, crazy, a Bush hater and finally tell you to leave the country.
I really don't know how to hold an intelligent conversation with these people. They don't try to prove you wrong. All they do is call you crazy, because you have different ideas from them, which makes me suspect that they don't know anything about the government.
I do feel that it is the duty of every American citizen to question our government.
