My aunt is going to have a baby soon, and she is thinking of the name Beatrice (Bee-uh-trice) if it's a girl, or Isaac (Eye-zic) if it's a boy.
Her nickname could be Bea, and my aunt would just call him his full name.
What do you think?

Can't see anything wrong with either name. Both are good old-fashioned names. We need more of them instead of all the silly, cutesy, made-up names we have today, especially for girls.

I love Beatrice and Bea is cute. I've never liked Isaac much, but I love the nickname Ike.

Older names are starting to come back in popularity, but I have to be honest, Beatrice should just stay in the never to be used as a name again catagory. To me it is a very ugly sounding name. This is just my opinion of course, but I don't care for that name.

Issac, is cute and is a nice name. Tell her to think about middle names that go well with the first name, and to make sure the initials don't spell or say anything funny.

I like Isaac, but Beatrice sounds like an old lady name. My cousin named her baby Beatrice, and they call her Bea. It just doesn't sound right to me.

Not crazy about Beatrice, it reminds me of an old lady. I guess Bea wouldn't be too bad though. I really like Isaac.

Don't listen to these people. Beatrice? yikes I'm not trying to be mean but that's a big time old lady name. Old ladies named Beatrice change their name to Beatrice when they are 70. That's why you never see an old Tiffany or Summer.
When a Tiffany turns 70 she changes her name to Opal or Hazel or Beatrice.
