Is $250 a reasonable price for fixing/replacing all four coil springs on a 2002 Ford Focus SE 4-dr sedan? The front coil spring on passenger side needs fixing and I was advised by mechanic it is customary to replace ALL at the same time. Please advise thanks!

Thats a great price for all the springs, you should have let him do it that day before he changes his mind on the price.

Well since a pair of springs (1 axle set) usually retails for over $100 I would say that is ridiculously low. They guy must be putting them in for free labor.

I think $2700 is too much for it. Since it shares some parts with the Mazda Protege, it is fun to drive and the engine is pretty reliable. But the interior is still Ford cheap plastic.

IT IS A VERY GOOD PRICE, ALMOST TO GOOD TO BELIEVE.

I WOULD ASK FOR ALL OF THE OLD PARTS WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
