Like many answerers here, I once thought 60 was my limit.
Today I am 60.
I am slim, tall, still good lookin, have all my hair, get lots of exercize, got all my "faculties". I can keep up a swift, elucidating, humorous conversation with anyone. I have no food restrictions and take no medications. I am retired, living in a beach house on an island
Sixty looks just about perfect to me.
I'll shoot for 100. Check me in 40 years.
