Who believes Vick will beat this case?
I dont want to know if you think he's guilty or not but What DO you really honestly think the Outcome is going to be?

I live in Marietta Ga about 8 mins for Atlanta and I was there to see Vick Arrive and yES it is going to be turned into a racial Issue. So My OPinion is he will beat this case due to racial preference or if he is charged it wil surely be probation.nothing major..
If you read the news It really was white people on one side hating him and Blacks on the other yelling give him a chance.

I just figured I would ask this question because when OJ Simpson was being accused there was no "Yahoo answers"

I think it is definitely a racial issue. I think the law pursued Vick largely because he's an uppity Black man with money and they wanted to put him in his place. I don't know if he was involved in the dog fighting but what I do know is no white man would have been villified like this. I want to see how the case against the referee who bet on the NBA games plays out. I guarantee you, he'll never be treated the way Vick is being treated.

Truth is, there's still a lot of race hatred that pulses through the veins of Americans. We can't get beyond race and will condemn someone before the facts are out simply because he is a particular color. If he's real Black looking like Vick, oh no! He's got to be guilty. If he's fair skinned like, say Jayson Williams, who was indicted for recklessly shooting his chauffer, then people tend to be more tolerant.

What's amazing to me also is that everyone is so quick to judge Vick but no one has considered that each and every day millions of animals are slaughtered to make MEAT for the ravenous public.

So if folks can't get the meat they want, they'll eat Vick instead.

I don't think he will beat case completely there is just way too much outrage.
He will be found guilty, and be fined which is chump change for him $350,000 out of a $130 Million Dollar Contract . Yeah I don't think he's gonna feel the burn!
As far a jail time , I think it will be minimal with probation.
A sad commentary for the brutality of this case.

But on the bright side the laws are going to change now on the Federal Level. So any as*holes who still think that this behavior is acceptable and that dog fighting is "entertainment " better watch f*ck out!!!

The next OJ, great I for one am so sick of all this race crap, I don't care what color you are you did it or you didn't! but your right they'll load the jury with blacks, and they can't see the facts through the dark! If there was a video of him killing the dogs with his own hands they would say, the video is doctored.

Is it truley a racial issue that he killed and fought poor inncoent animals. of course it was whites on one side and blacks on the other. how many black people do you knwo that like animals???? Not many. And how many Peta people are whgite?? almost all of them. And how many white peta people can you think of that watch football....not many but i can damn sure state that aloit of black people watch football. not saying that white people dont but probabyl not the peta people. its probably tooo ruff for them. The point is, he can try to say this is a racial issue. but they have evidence that he killed 8 dogs alone, violently. he isnt going to walk. get off easy maybe, but he wont get away with it and i doubt he will play football for a while. what an embarrasment. I wish we could electrocute him every time he lost. or maybe even drowned him..................
