cuz they have no discipline. i wish alcohol and smoking and all these stupid drugs were never existing. then this wouldn't happen. there should be ground rules 4 people like that. if u get arrested, u lose ur job or whatever. y don't people do something about it. i don't get y they're letting it happen. they should ban them from going to nightclubs. anyone. if they get in trouble, consequences should be issued. no ifs, ands or buts.

you hit it right on the head. they think they're above life and they know they're gonna get off easy so they don't really care because they know they aren't gonna get in trouble.

i don't know. maybe they don't want to feel all growen up and be responsible. also the world is watching them and that may give them stress and that could be a nother reason why they do that.
