shaving will irritate the area, i would suggest giving it a good trim. but chicks do like it shaved.

Today many males trim their bush down so it is not just hair everywhere. Females like to see it trimmed and neat. The doctor doesn't care if your bush is trimmed or just hair everywhere. It would be nice to get it trimmed because it will look as if you do keep yourself clean. It is really up to you but I would trim it at least a little so you don't look like a caveman. Some people trim the bush above and shave the balls below. The feeling is great and you will keep it that way once you try it.

females do NOT like it all shaved, that looks like a lil boy - men should have hair down there. you should at least be neat and trimmed to go to the doctor. that's like going to the dentist and not brushing for your teeth for 4 days before. It's rude and makes u look like a slob. try decent hygiene before you go to any doctor.

just trim it maybe, but you really dont have to.. they're use to seeing hairy crotches all day long.. and plus, he might laugh at your bald balls.
