The Shinning, and it also happens to be my all time favorite movie.
Though the Twilight Zone was pretty freaky, and I haven't like a single bird since seeing Hitchcock's The Birds (original one), Mommy Dearest was pretty scary as a child as well.

I'd have to admit the saws is pretty scary...more like gory actually...well...this isn t a movie but theres this game called F.E.A.R and it is scary!!! OO
watch video clips of F.E.A.R and you\ll get nitmares for more then a week!!! (I watched some video clips of it and I had nitmares for like 3 weeks!!! >.<)
(the story is about a little girl...which is the problem)
