You have to be more specific. What cocky black athletes? what cocky white actors? The best example of a cocky athlete is Kobe. I know as many white people that love him as black people and vice-versa? The same with Gilbert Arenas and no one like TO.

It is true that there is a lot of prejudice in our world. However, it is up to the individual to rise above these.
A generalizing question such as yours reveals much about your own prejudice. Think about it...
