I think its given that we can all agree that we live in a nation where we must conserve water, energy and land.

So is it still ethical to be in a public restroom and to flush the toilet prematurely so that you can make the terror smell coming out of your stall less offensive?

If by chance i have to go in a public restroom say like in the mall or at pro sports stadium my hands and sweet butt cheeks never touch anything in the stall. i squat and act like the center on a football team hiking the ball, the janitor or the next lady can flush and or clean the mess up I do my part to conserve our natural resources...lol

I couldn't care less about the "terror smell". Most public restrooms naturally have a smell that totally masks any of the atrocious things coming out of my body anyway.

Yes, but with all those new automatic flushing toilets you have to stand up, get out of the way of the flushing sensor and sit back down again -- sometimes more than once....

Yes by doing that your saving someone from fainting from the smell

I don't courtesy flush to hide odor. I do it to prevent CLOG.
Very embarrasing, especially for a woman!
