Why do people in the Middle East think it is ok to allow their neibghors to plan to attck the WEST?

Normal people don't think it's OK. It's only the radical fundamentalists who act and think like the idiots they are.

By the way, this is true whether the people are in the Middle East or anywhere in the universe.
