Mine is my backyard. It's nice to eat outside once in a while and it's pretty peaceful on my property.

The absolutely best place for a picnic is sitting on a huge cliff overlooking an ocean view. Of course, owning your own beach front property would be most ideal, if you have lots of cash. If you aren't anywhere near an ocean, then I'd say find a crystal clear lake somewhere.
