Einstein says everything depends on relativity.
So it depends on your skin temp.
If your face is cold, your tears are at internal body temp,
and will feel warm.
If you are sunburnt, or angry (boiling red faced)
then the tears will be cool as fountain water.
The real questions is:
are they tears of sadness or joy?

I wanted to cry today yes I am so weak and when it filled my eyes they felt warm I decided to hold it in so I don't know how they would have felt today...usually my tears are warm...
