No, I only see her when I need something. She doesn't come to our apartment for anything ever.

Very rarely, only if I need something fixed that I cannot do, or if I am on the porch and he visits his daughter next door. Great landlord mentioned I was going to repaint the place, told me let him know he's but the paint. If I do call because something breaks he is the the same, or next day.

yes - unfortunately - every day...but we never see the owner or the property management firm.

everytime i look in the mirror! and our tenent evertime he comes home, but we are cool and he is cool, so its cool!
we have 3 homes on our property, and one is vacant. why, do you need a place? are u cool?
