I have a rash on my penis will it go away?

i used clearasil on it ther was spots on it so i thought what the hell but they didnt go away no i have a rash thats spreaded on the head of my penis will it go away

Who knows?? You will be the very first one to know if and when it goes away. How can anyone else know such a thing??
