Can be allignment. steering box or brake rotors if it mostly happens when touching lightly onthe brake.
Also it can be one motor mount where it doesnt shake noticably until it reaches a certain mph, but if both are busted, it will shake sitting still.
It can also shake, if it has gbeen in an accident and the frame was not perfectly straightened

well it can be several things that can cause it the most simple way is to jack the car up and place on jackstands. Place one hand on the top of the tire and one on the bottom of the tire. wiggle the tire, bottom out, bottom in, top out, top in. If you here a popping noise it is your ball joint upper or lower ( if u have both you have a truck, suv, old rear wheel drive car)( if just a lower one then a car that is front wheel drive). Also it can be your struts are bad causing the car to shake at those speeds. Unbalanced wheels will vibrate at any speed not just going fast, struts will not, neither will the ball joints. Tie rod ends are for steering and alignment ( car pulling one way or another when driving in a straight line, taking hands off wheel). Hope this answers your question.

could be tie rods
the most that can cost for replacement is $80 a tie rod [[there are 4]] and about $70 an hour labor
you do the math
or it could be the tire alignment
if a tire is way off alignment then the wheels aren't completely parallel and so the car shakes
wheel alignment is usually around $50 for repair
you could also have a bent rim
but that only happens if your in an accident
and rims vary in prices
your best bet would be to get the tie rods and the alignment checked out

Unbalanced tires and wheels. Go to Hunter Balancing Machines to find someone in your area who has a Hunter Force Wheel Balancer. That's the most well equipped machine available to do the correct job.

There are a few things that would cause that problem. But my guess would be that one or more tires need to be balanced
