Why when it comes to African Americans (i.e. Michael Vicks, O.J.) most/some White Americans no longer accept the term “a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty?”

innocent until proven guilty cannot be enforced in the media or inside someones head.

it can only be enforced in the judicial system, which it is.

It's not a racial issue... It's a criminal issue.
The people who want it to be a racial issue represent less than .0001 percent of America. So who cares about the signs they hold up and the noise they make...

"Presumed innocent until proven guilty.." Yea, that only applies to the legal system.... the public has the right to believe whatever they want based on what they've been told....and they will make up their own minds obviously.

I still think O.J. is guilty.....100% guilty... But the court said he's innocent. The system isn't perfect. Innocent people are persecuted, and the guilty go free all the time...it happens. I'm not holding up any signs for or against.

However... when they find a dog fighting ring, blood, 20 dead dogs on your property..AND they have whitnesses...... where's America's common sense ?.... Use your common sense and leave the "technicallity" BS to the court system. Is the public to believe that someone held a dog fighting ring on his property without his knowlege ?...c'mon !...gimme a break man !... How anyone can publicly defend someone who is soooo obviously guilty when they don't even know the person is beyond me. On the other side of that coin.....why someone would waste their time screaming at a man walking into the courthouse...who is about to go to jail and lose his career anyway also doesn't make much sense.

Innocent until proven guilty usually only applies to celebrities and politicians..... not you and me.

THINK: If you were charged with illegal dogfighting....you would be in jail RIGHT NOW !....and you would remain there until your court date is set. Someone like Vick (celeb) gets the better end of the stick...he can roam free until he has to show up in court sometime in the future. Let me guess..... he's going to waive his right to a speedy trial. I would too if I was guilty...and could remain free until a court date was set for the distant future.

If you want to start a race war, then let's go. Just because the media pegs it to be one doesn't mean it is. They don't give a **** what color he his, they give a **** that he killed ******* innocent dogs.

That Bell case in New York that everyone is pegging for racism, 2 OUT OF THE 3 COPS THAT SHOT HIM WERE BLACK.

Why is it that when a white man kills a black man, Al Sharpton's *** is all over it??? What happened to "a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty"???

Ever notice how LITERALLY every single time this comes up, it's either due to: the media or Al Sharpton???

Nobody wants to here it anymore. Sure sometimes it's about race, but it goes both ways. If a black man kills a white man, it's a murder and no one hears about it. If a white man kills a black man, it's automatically racism and the media is beating the ambulances in to the scene. Remember those 2 cops that were shot in NYC? Where one died? They were both white, shot by black men. Where's the media crying racism for this one???

Now I'm not racist, not by a long stretch. But I can't STAND it when something that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with race, gets turned into this ****.

you could't call all American people part of OWS. first of all, maximum of them have not a clue why they are their interior the 1st place. Many have a valid grievance yet while they actually knew what they have been talking approximately that they had provide up stinking up the place and march to WA the place they could be occupying. the matters constantly initiate their. you do no longer make an excellent style of expertise,do you be responsive to how the device is assume to run? If no person works, you are not getting a loose experience.

Why do African Americans refuse to show outrage toward one of their own no matter how heinous the crimes?
It seems to me that white people have no problem displaying their disdain toward evil-doers regardless of their color (can you say 'Scott Peterson'?).
Yet Blacks do seem to defend the OJs of our society vociferously.
It says more about blacks than whites IMO.
BTW if you truly believe there would be no outrage displayed over the dog brutality if Vick were white then you really are blinded by color.

OJ: Motive, opportunity, evidence, no alibi

Vick: Huge dogfighting operation on his property, but he didn't know it was there

And nice try pretending its racial. Most Americans convict anyone accused of a high-profile crime before the trial begins. Try finding someone who thinks Phil Spector is innocent, or that Scott Peterson was.

Some people also lynched the Duke kids. It's not about race; it's about the crime and the media perception and portrayal

I take it you weren't around when Ken Lay was in the headlines.

OJ was guilty. An incompetent prosecution doesn't mean he didn't do it, it just means he skated.

The courts still presume it so that's all that matters.
