It doesnt matter what attorney he has. He is guilty as charged and will spend 6 years in jail for it. Never play Ball again in the NFL. It's not like he was any good at quarterback anyways. If he was innocent he would have said it publicly instead of hiding and ducking away from reporters. Any normal human being who is innocent of anything would immediately defend himself. He did not. Case closed. Atlanta is better off with out him, saves the fans 10 more years of frustration.

I think that this is a great country, a country in which the media and the far left animal rights activist have determined the guilt of a fellow American with out a trial. I don't know or care if he is guilty, but it is a great thing that he still has the right to declare himself not guilty!!!!

It's standard. Nobody would actually come out and plea guilty even if they knew they did do it. If he were to plea guilty, he would be automatically suspended, possibly even banned from the NFL. They are just prolonging the inevidble.

I think he has an aggressive attorney.

If the Feds file an amended indictment to include gambling and racketeering charges in August as expected, then we'll see how serious his attorney is about going to trial.

I smell plea bargain.

Did you expect him - after months of denying he had anything to do with it - to walk in there and plead guilty to all charges? Guilty or not, I truly believes he sees himself as not guilty. He doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with what he is accused of.

It definately wasn't from him. I loved his quote that there is no place he would rather be than spring training with his team. I thought he played football. What a schmuck.

I'm not surprised. He's just a walking human pile of feces if you ask me. He deserves to have his balls deep fried at the local movie theater then served to fat kids.
