a delayed period can be due to a lot of things- stress, change in diet or exercise, weight gain or loss. give it another week, but call your doc in the meantime just to let her know whats up

I haven't had a period in 2 months. I just saw my Dr. 2 days ago about it. He said i just didn't ovulate. I took 5 HPT and had a blood test done to make sure. He put me on Birth Control to regulate it. I have never had any problems with my period before this so I'm hoping the pills will get me back on track. Good Luck. If you worry about it it won't come.

Sometimes a period is just late. Don't worry. Stress, weight loss, change in diet or exercise plan, or an illness can also make you late.

The more you stress about it, the more your body will fight you. I miss periods when I'm stressed about anything.
If you haven't started by your next normal time, call your gyno. Or if you're really concerned, go ahead and call. You can usually talk to a nurse.
