My Hubby, is totally disable since have a stroke! I purchase him a Jet2 HD Power-chair from the Scooter Store. I cannot seem to get the chair to move manually. I've CHARGED the battery for more than (14) hours as requested. However, I still cannot get the chair to move..... :0( I've called the Scooter Store>numerous of times for assistance, but NO ONE has returned ANY of my calls. The Scooter is FULLY paid for I assume the Scooter Store No LONGer responds to service request calls..... :0 If anyone can assist me with this problem{{{{ PLEASE HELP!! Urgent Matter Help needed ASAP!!!}}}

When you say, work the chair manually, do you mean push it around with the motor not running?
It must have some kind of clutch assembly, in order to run without moving.
The motor won't run?
The motor runs, but the chair won't move?
Be a little more explicit.
Bring it to any appliance store.
They should be able to help you.

The Scooter Store is a go-between.
Look around the scooter for the manufacture of the chair and contact them.
Didn't you get instructions?
