Regardless if you’re Dem or Rep, you have to admit, she’s ALL special interest. Isn’t it about time we chose a president that was more than just a long list of special interest donations?

Elway_the_Cat- Obama doesn't take any. Why single her out? Becasue she's the front runner and I don't trust her.

I'm neither Democrat nor Republican, but I don't know any of the top tier candidates that aren't all about special interests. It comes with the territory. You can find long lists of special interest donations with all of them. Just curious, why single her out?

EDIT: Well, I know that Obama returned thousands of dollars to lobbyists to keep maintaining that clean image campaign. Interestingly enough it seems that lobbyist's families and business associates don't meet that critieria and have donated quite freely to Obama's campaign. There's more than one way to skin a cat. I'm not making candidate choices based strictly on who they are taking donations from. If I did that, there would no one left to vote for. I'll stick to the issues that trouble me the most - Iraq, terrorism, health care, etc. If you don't trust her, that's your opinion, but I trust her open acceptance of donations much more than I trust acceptance of donations given via "beards."

the candidates are not the problem. its the voters. its so hard to make a decision when you are too stupid to know the problem.
