I mean you could tell a story about yourself and it will turn into them talking about themselves. I have a friend who everytime it is her birthday 4 months before she will start a countdown and let you know how many more days till her birthday. Get this she forgot my birthday and didn't even bother saying anything to me. It's annoying!

I have a friend from Germany that is just like that. We go to lunch and she will actually look around and say i am the most beautiful woman in this city. She is very into herself. it is rather comical.

LOL! You friend sounds familiar since I had a few of those in the past. By the end of it...you become just not willing to have them in your life becuz everything revolves around them and they can never accept when good things happen to you. It gets so twisted when they turn happy moments for you in to moments of "why not me".

Well yes there are lots of people like that. Look at celebrities for example - Lindsey, Britney, Paris attention is always on them. they are good examples of self centered bitches who only care about themselves.
Sounds to me this person who you call your friend isn't a very good friend.

Do I ever! My boss is exactly like that. She talks about herself all the time and never lets us get a word in. I'll ask her all the time if she wants something if I go out, but when she goes out she never asks me if I want anything. It is ALWAYS about her!!

well, i don't have too many friends. Mainly because i'm one of those people who would tell her "Ok, your birthday is 4 months away.....when it get's here it get's here....so please shut up about it already!"............but that's just me :-)
