Last Friday (my g/f and I) completed the following meal :
Pecan encrusted tilapia fillets
crescent rolls
sugar snap peas
steamed rice

field greens salad with strawberries, blue cheese crumbles, rasberry vinaigrette dressing

angel food cake, sliced strawberries, whipped cream

It wast the most incredible meal either of us had ever had.
She told me no guy has ever prepared (or grilled) fish for her, and it is her favorite. So i found the tilapia recipe on google.

Maybe I shouldn't have told you all this, since you're hungry.

my bad ~

I am not cooking. I have given up cooking. Too bad I can't give up eating. However, I will take you out for something to eat. Where do you want to go?

Have a new grill. Going to cook up some beef skewers, grilled asparagus, and hollendaise, but... that's actually dinner. Now, lunch, I'm grilling, a grilled cheese sandwich, and yes, it's on the grill, not a pan.
