how can i find out residential history on a person?

My significant other, i do believe is renting a house or an apartment for a "friend". Is there anyway by public records,etc...i can find out when and where?

I dont think so unless she also has the utilities in her name as well. (unless the apartment's utilites are included in the rent).

If you are living or married to your significant other, then call one of the utility companies.
