Let me tell you, if you have the easiest job in the world and you are loving it, than you are making just enough money. Do not change jobs when you already have one you love that is paying the bills and allowing you to live life.
There's no point in makings gobs of money when you dread 8 hours of your life daily.

The increase to £7.15 per hour as a minimum wage, for London, is only a proposal. Red Ken originally stated that over £8 per hour is needed for a livable wage and that was over 1 year ago. He has now knocked it down even though prices are rocketing. He cannot enforce this and it can only be enforced through an Act of Parliament. Ken Livingston is fully aware that this won't happen but it makes good reading, has plenty of hype and may secure enough votes for him to retain his position as Mayor (hope not). Ken Livingston is doing today, exactly what Mrs Thatcher got rid of him for in the early 80s. He holds Government to ransom, is not answerable to anybody, wastes a load of taxpayers money on parties, has crippled London's road network and once again he has turned the cheapest public transport in the world into the most expensive. Soon, the question will be, "where is all the money going?" (apart from the £300,000 per year for Bob Kiley to sit on his a** all year and only get off it to make a couple of press statements. Ken Livingston is also responsible for wasting millions on St Patricks Day, St Andrews Day, St Davids Day, all Muslim and Hindu festivals and then trying to ban St Georges Day (Patron Saint of England). He has personally insulted every single Londoner and got away with it (cover ups, cronieism etc.). Now, does the person that believes the minimum wage is goping to increase in London? You've got no chance! Even if it did, to live in London you need to earn a minimum of £15 per hour. In the US it's around $25 to $30 per hour for big cities and $15 to $20 in rural areas.

There are fifty two weeks in a twelve months or 26 paydays. in case you multiply 1770 x 26, you get $forty six,020. nevertheless would not equivalent $47K. A $47K annual profits may be approximately $1807 in line with payday.

What I consider "good" wages is enough money to live on and that you won't run out of money before your next paid day. You should consider getting another job that will pay you more for what you do or continue with your eduation. the higher your degree the higher you earn. None of your business how much I earn.

Frankly, none of your business what I get paid. I get paid enough to cover my bills, have a bit of extras and to save for the future.
Just because the minimum wage goes up, no one else's wages do. Probably will have to pay more at restaurants and such to help cover the increase in pay. My state already pays way more than minimum wage anyway.

Just under $30/hour.... I work hard, but I rather work hard so I have satisfaction rather then sit and watch the clock all day.
