Ok i have a 1996GMC sonoma and yesterday i was getting my folder from there and forgot that i left the keys on the seat and lock it manually(it doesnt have power anything) and i need to get it open and i could see the keys but i cant get them out...any advice...

your gonna have to call a tow truck to unlock it for you....you probably wont be able to unlock it without damaging it.

Call a lock smith. They aren't that much and it is better to do that than tear up expensive weather-stripping on the side windows. It won't take the guy long to get in with a pick.
They also make a little box with a magnetic back on it called hide-a-key that will let you store an extra key and hide it somewhere on the body.

Get a lockout kit or call a tow truck place, usually thye charge $35 or so for unlocks (my step dad is a tow truck driver)

Why you lock it in the firsr go- round? In these here parts nobody ever locks their truck - jus leave the keys in'er too. Yee Haww!

Try to get a mechanic to do that for you. Well if you take a metal ruler(thin one) there'll be a specific place where if you slide it between the glass and the door, it'll unlock the door. But the problem is that you should know where and wat amount of force exactly. Best of luck..

call AAA and get a year membership for $50 and they'll send you someone to open the car...don't call a locksmith he will charge you $50 to open the car once but with AAA you can have assistance for a whole year.
